Terms of Service

Stompset is an online storefront platform for guitar preset packs. It is operated by TOSSELL WEB SOLUTIONS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15047802, with its registered office at 82 Heol Isaf, Radyr, Cardiff, Wales, CF15 8EA. These terms apply when you access the website, create an account, publish a storefront, upload content, or buy and download a product.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to create a seller account. If you use Stompset on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless it results from a failure by Stompset to use reasonable care.

Creators remain responsible for the preset packs, descriptions, images, demos, compatibility claims, prices, and other material they publish. You confirm that you own the necessary rights or have permission to use and sell everything you upload.

You give Stompset a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, copy, process, display, and distribute your content only as needed to run, secure, promote, and improve the service and fulfil customer orders. This licence ends when the content is removed, except where continued storage or delivery is required for existing purchases, legal duties, backups, or disputes.

Stompset may inspect uploaded archives, reject blocked or unsafe file types, normalise filenames, generate documentation, and package releases for secure delivery. Automated checks reduce risk but do not guarantee that a release is error-free, compatible with every device, or free from third-party claims.

For customer purchases made through Stompset, TOSSELL WEB SOLUTIONS LTDis the contracting seller and merchant of record. Stompset collects the customer payment, calculates and accounts for applicable indirect taxes, provides the receipt and digital delivery, and manages customer refunds, disputes, and chargebacks. Creators supply and license their products to Stompset for sale under these terms.

Current creator fees and plan prices are shown before you subscribe or publish. After a completed sale, the creator is entitled to the listed product price less the applicable Stompset percentage fee. Stripe processing costs are not shown as a separate creator fee. Payments and creator payouts are processed by Stripe and may also be subject to Stripe's terms.

If Stompset refunds a customer or incurs a dispute or chargeback, Stompset may reverse or deduct the corresponding creator proceeds and related losses from current or future payouts. We may pause a payout while a transaction is under investigation. This does not limit any mandatory consumer right.

Creators must provide accurate payout and tax information and remain responsible for income tax, corporation tax, and other direct taxes on their creator earnings. Stompset is responsible for customer-facing VAT, sales tax, and similar indirect taxes where the law requires Stompset to collect and remit them.

Product pages describe the preset pack, supported platforms, price, and available compatibility information. Buyers should check those details before purchasing. Displayed product prices exclude any VAT, sales tax, or similar indirect tax that must be charged in the buyer's location. Stripe calculates and adds applicable tax at checkout. After a successful payment, Stompset provides access through a secure download and, where available, the buyer library.

Because products are delivered immediately, you must expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge the effect on any cancellation or withdrawal right before paying. This does not affect statutory remedies for faulty, misdescribed, or unavailable digital content.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights relating to faulty digital content. For a purchase problem, contact us and include the account email, product name, and order details.

You must not use Stompset to:

• upload malware, scripts, executables, or harmful files;
• sell content that infringes intellectual property or privacy;
• misrepresent compatibility, authorship, reviews, or sales;
• evade fees, access controls, download limits, or security checks;
• harass others or publish unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content; or
• probe, overload, scrape, or disrupt the service without permission.

We may remove content, pause releases or payouts, limit access, or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect buyers, creators, Stompset, or third parties; investigate suspected misuse; comply with law or a payment provider; or enforce these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the action and give you a way to contact us.

We aim to keep Stompset available and secure, but maintenance, provider outages, and events outside our reasonable control may interrupt the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every device, firmware version, or third-party service will remain compatible.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Any other limits or exclusions apply only to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You may stop using Stompset at any time. We may change these terms to reflect the service, law, or security needs. If a change materially affects registered users, we will provide reasonable notice and show a new effective date and version on this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available under the law where you live.
